Refund Policy
We are committed to a fair experience. Please read the conditions below before requesting a refund.
Eligible for Full Refund
You are entitled to a full refund in the following situations:
- We cannot deliver the service you ordered due to our own error or unavailability.
- Your order has been waiting more than 48 hours with no update from our team.
- You were charged but your order was never confirmed or processed.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same order.
Not Eligible for Refund
Because we provide digital in-game services that begin processing immediately, refunds cannot be issued once delivery has started. Refunds are not available when:
- The service has already been started or is in progress.
- The service has been fully completed and delivered.
- The order was cancelled by you after our team already began preparation.
- You provided incorrect game information (username, invite link, etc.) and the service was delivered to the wrong account.
- You changed your mind after payment was confirmed and work had begun.
Partial Refund (Case by Case)
Partial refunds are reviewed individually based on how much of the service was delivered. You may qualify when:
- Only part of your order was delivered and the rest cannot be completed.
- Service quality did not meet what was described — please contact us with evidence as soon as possible.
How to Request a Refund
- 1. Find your Order ID — it starts with PGB- and is shown on your order confirmation. Check your email or use the Order Tracker.
- 2. Contact our support via Live Chat or email playgoboost@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason.
- 3. We review your request within 1–2 business days and confirm the outcome on the same channel.
- 4. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method (PayPal/card) after approval.
Refund Timeline
- Request review: 1–2 business days after you contact us.
- After approval: the refund is submitted immediately to your payment provider.
- PayPal: usually 3–5 business days to appear in your balance.
- Credit / Debit card: 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Processing speed after approval is controlled by your bank or PayPal, not by Play Go Boost.
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel for a full refund as long as our team has not started your order.
- Once preparation or delivery has begun, cancellation is treated as a partial refund (case by case).
- To cancel fast, message us immediately via Live Chat with your Order ID.
Service-Specific Conditions
- Event services (Partners, Racers, Adventure Club, Shutdown): if the event ends or becomes unavailable before we can deliver, you get a full refund.
- Sticker & Stars Vault: once stickers/packs are sent to your account, the order is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
- Dice & Accounts: credentials or dice already delivered cannot be refunded for security reasons.
- Ordered the wrong package? Contact us before processing begins and we will help switch it.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Please always contact us first — we resolve almost every issue quickly and fairly.
- Opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute without contacting us may pause your order and lock your account.
- Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered services may result in a permanent ban from Play Go Boost.
General Terms
- Approved refunds are always returned to the original payment method.
- Refunds are issued in the same currency you paid in; exchange-rate differences are set by your bank.
- Orders made with a promo code are refunded at the actual amount paid.
- Play Go Boost may update this Refund Policy at any time; the version shown here is always current.
